Standards-based interoperability
Every resource is stored as FHIR R4, so it can be exchanged with other systems without custom mapping work.
Self-hostable, no vendor lock-in
The platform is open source — run it yourself, audit it, or extend it, on your own roadmap.
Data sovereignty by default
Hosting is EU-based, and the architecture keeps data within the jurisdiction your organisation needs.
Open identity, not a proprietary login
OpenID Connect handles authentication, so integrating an existing identity provider is a standard exercise.
A foundation you can build on
NeuroChecker and Medical Cockpit already run on it in production, so it's a proven base, not a theoretical one.
For patients and families
Your data stays in the EU
The platform is hosted in the EU under EU data-protection expectations, not scattered across servers you can't see.
Your data is portable, not trapped
Everything is stored using the open FHIR R4 standard, so your records aren't locked into one company's format.
Nothing hidden in how it works
The platform's code is open source and public, so how your data is handled can be checked by anyone.
One identity, used consistently
Standard OpenID Connect sign-in means your login works the same transparent way across 5Health's apps.
Built for the long term
Open standards mean moving your data or connecting a new system won't require reinventing your health record.
The 5Health Platform is the open, FHIR-based backend behind every 5Health application. Every clinical resource is stored as a portable standard and hosted in the EU, with no vendor lock-in.

The 5Health Platform is the open backend that NeuroChecker and Medical Cockpit, and any future 5Health application, are built on. At its core is a FHIR R4 server, paired with our own backend services for the business logic layered on top and an OpenID Connect identity provider for sign-in.
Every clinical resource — observations, questionnaire responses, medication plans, risk assessments — is stored as standard FHIR, not a proprietary schema. That makes the data portable by design: it can move between systems, be inspected, and be understood without anyone having to reverse-engineer it.
Hosted in the EU, built in the open
The platform is hosted in the EU, and its code is public. There is no vendor lock-in: because everything speaks open standards, an organisation could self-host the same stack, or move to something else, without losing its data along the way.
The 5Health Platform is under active development and already runs both applications above in production.
