Scope

These terms govern your use of the website 5health.info, operated by PALACIN CRUD UG (haftungsbeschränkt) i.Gr., Durmstraße 9, 76131 Karlsruhe, Germany. By using this website you accept them.

Our applications — NeuroChecker and Medical Cockpit — are separate services with their own terms, presented to you inside those applications.

What this website is

This site provides information about the 5Health initiative and the open-source software we build. It is an informational website. No account, registration or payment is required to use it, and no contract for the supply of goods or services comes about through browsing it.

Not medical advice

5Health software is research and development software. It is not a certified medical device and must not be used for diagnosis or treatment decisions. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, a diagnosis, or a recommendation for treatment. If you have a health concern, speak to a qualified healthcare professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Our software

We develop our software openly and publish it in public source repositories. The licence terms that apply to each project are stated in the respective repository and govern any use, modification or redistribution of that software. Nothing on this website grants you rights to our software beyond those licence terms.

We are in an early stage of development. Features described here may change, may be incomplete, or may be withdrawn.

Availability

We aim to keep this website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, and may carry out maintenance, at any time and without notice.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body or health, and for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation — an obligation whose fulfilment makes proper use of this website possible in the first place, and on whose fulfilment you may reasonably rely — and then only for foreseeable damage typical of this kind of use. Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected. Any further liability is excluded.

Governing law

Severability

If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
