Who is responsible

This statement covers the website 5health.info. Our applications — NeuroChecker and Medical Cockpit — process health data and are governed by their own, separate privacy information provided inside those applications.
What happens when you visit this site
When you open a page, our servers record technical information needed to deliver it and to keep the service secure and stable: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser and operating system version.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functioning website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). These logs are kept only as long as needed for that purpose and are not used to build a profile of you.
Cookies
We use only cookies that are technically necessary. We set no advertising, profiling or tracking cookies, and we ask for no cookie consent because none is required for strictly necessary cookies.
- Session and security cookies. Our backend sets a session cookie and a cross-site-request-forgery token cookie to keep forms and logins secure.
- Language preference. If you switch language, a cookie remembers your choice so the site stays in that language.
Hosting and content delivery
The site runs on our own Kubernetes infrastructure hosted in the European Union.
Traffic to this domain is routed through Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA), which acts as a proxy and content delivery network and protects the site against attacks. Cloudflare therefore processes connection data, including your IP address, on our behalf. Images and other media files are stored on Cloudflare R2. Transfers to Cloudflare are covered by a data processing agreement and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Fonts and third-party content
All fonts are served from our own servers. We do not embed Google Fonts, and we load no third-party scripts, advertising networks, social media plug-ins or analytics services. No analytics or tracking software is installed on this website.
When you contact us
If you write to us by email, we process the details you send — your address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message — in order to answer you. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, and Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your message concerns a contractual relationship. We keep such correspondence only as long as necessary.
Automated decision-making
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling on this website.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- request access to the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15);
- have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16);
- have your data erased (Art. 17);
- have processing restricted (Art. 18);
- receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20);
- object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21); and
- withdraw consent at any time, with effect for the future, where processing is based on consent.

You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
